Warranty and Returns

If goods are faulty, Cherrytree will meet its obligations, under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and related legislation, whilst your goods are still under warranty, to arrange for repair or replacement.

Cherrytree does not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, or have ordered an item in error, so please choose carefully.

If you are unsure, please ask our team for assistance prior to ordering.
Items purchased from the showroom, still in a sellable condition (tags attached and in original packaging), can be returned for a club credit within 30 days of original purchase.

For hygiene reasons Cherrytree will not accept non-faulty returns of:

  • Pillows
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear

Cherrytree will also not accept returns of general clothing items ordered from suppliers for reasons of incorrectly chosen size/fit, style or colour.

Returns of non-faulty products may incur return freight charges and a restocking fee.
