You can shop online at our member only site, email us at 0800 CHERRYTREE, phone us or if you are in Wellington you can come into our showroom located in Ngauranga.  Basically you can shop 24/7 at Cherrytree.

That’s easy.  Just contact us on 0800 Cherrytree we can help you with sourcing a product and price.  That’s all part of our member service.

We stock a certain amount of products on our website but we simply can’t list all of the 550,000 products on the site.

If you know what you want and it’s not on our website just contact us via phone or email and chances are we can source it for you and provide a price.  Our range is huge so don’t be afraid to ask!!

If you want to know if we offer a particular brand you can type it into the search engine or if you’d like to know which brands we offer in a Category, please search the Online Catalogue for the category and you will be able to see the brands depicted by a red box on the screen.  You can sort the products into price order by clicking onto the grey header.

We stock a huge range of high quality brands and would most probably be able to source what you need or provide an alternative product brand of the same or better quality. Just ask us 0800 Cherrytree or contact us.

Somethings you can but it’s best to think about us as an ordering service. You can order products through us and we deliver generally within 3-4 days. We always text you to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up or when it will be delivered.

More unusual or high ticket items might take a bit longer so best to ask us.

Yes. Like any other product purchased you need to pay for it before we can order it for you.

Are there any general ordering processes and timeframes at Cherrytree?2018-12-23T12:20:49+00:00

Yes. We have a standard ordering date of 2-3 times a month for everyday products like cleaning products, pet food and other every day items.

We can order these products in for you but you need to let us know by the 1st and the 20th of each month for this to happen.

You do need to pay for these products when you place the order.

What happens if I change my mind after I have ordered something?2018-12-23T12:21:34+00:00

If the supplier has not yet made or sent the item you can cancel it and we will refund you in full.  We do, however, suggest you order with care.

  1. Products sourced from the Wellington showroom may be returned in a reasonable time and in saleable condition.
  2. Ordered goods may be returned to the supplier under their returns policy and may incur a restocking fee and will incur a freight charge.
  3. Where goods are returned to Cherrytree because information about the product is materially incorrect, a refund will only be available if the goods are in a saleable condition, and Cherrytree has been contacted within a reasonable timeframe.
What happens if there is something wrong with the product I ordered or bought when I get it?2018-12-23T12:22:16+00:00

If you bought something from the Wellington showroom may be returned in a reasonable time as long as it’s in saleable condition.

Ordered goods may be returned to the supplier under their returns policy and may incur a restocking fee and will incur a freight charge.

Where goods are returned to Cherrytree because information about the product is materially incorrect, a refund will only be available if the goods are in a saleable condition, and Cherrytree has been contacted within a reasonable timeframe.

We will look after the warranty and guarantee process for you. If something goes wrong we will take care of getting you a refund or an exchange.

We accept most major credit cards and Q card. You can internet bank us of course.

Freight charges vary. We do have an every day package of $6.33 (incl GST) for up to 5 kilos contained in an A3 sized courier pack anywhere in New Zealand, not including rural areas. You would need to add on another $1.65 (incl GST) for rural delivery.
